MEET MARK
Founder & Director
Mark has been working in the pool industry for over 17 years. During this time, Mark has gained extensive knowledge and experience in maintenance, repair, and installation.
Mark's expertise in the field has made him an invaluable asset to the pool business and made HVPP what it is today.
2022 saw the start of the HVPP Retail Pool Shop located at 181 Vincent Street, Cessnock which was always the main goal since starting the business in 2016. Ensuring his family is his main priority, you will likely find kiddies Nash & Isla running around the pool shop while Mark works his magic with clients.
Qualified in all things pools, Mark holds his;
- Cert 3 in Pool & Spa Maintenance
- Certified warranty service agent

Nick Pringle
Meet Nick, who joined our team in 2022 after formerly building and forming concrete pools. With extensive experience in pool installation, repair, and maintenance, he is your go-to expert.
Outside of work, Nick is a passionate motorbike racer, and he and his wife travel across Australia to support their two young boys in their racing careers. Off the track you will find Nick and his boys on the local footy fields.

Daniel Ho 'Hoey'
Meet Daniel, a dedicated member of our team since 2021. With a strong background in management, he is recognised for his exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills.
Daniel brings invaluable knowledge of the pool industry and is a well-known figure in the community, having been with his family-owned business since his teenage years.
Outside of work, he is a passionate foodie and enjoys spending quality time with his young family and two daughters, Charlie & newborn baby Youhmi.

Meet Jason, who joined our team in 2023, bringing with him 7 years of industry experience. A former qualified horticulturist turned pool technician, Jason has dedicated his career to keeping pools in pristine condition.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family or hitting the golf course. Jason has become an invaluable member of our team.

Jackson Minter 'Jacko"
Introducing Jacko, the latest addition to the HVPP team!
Renowned for his 'can-do' attitude, Jackson is indeed a 'jack of all trades.' With a diverse background in hospitality, civil construction, carpet cleaning, working with cars, and panel beating, there's very little he can't tackle.
Outside of work, Jackson enjoys quality time with his young family, working on the farm, 4WDing, and relaxing with a beer at the pub. Welcome aboard, Jacko!

Nicholas Cruz
Meet Nick, who joined the HVPP in late 2022. Originally from Colorado, he brings over a year of experience in pool maintenance, along with a solid background in hospitality and fast food management.
When Nick isn't busy with work, he enjoys cherishing moments with his young family, diving into gaming or finding the best fishing spots. Known for his friendly demeanor, don't hesitate to say g'day!

Anthea Roberts
Wifey to Director Mark and mum to baby Leo, Anthea is the original business all-rounder who helped build Hunter Valley Pool Perfection from the ground up. While she’s usually the one keeping the wheels turning and ensuring our customer service is second to none, she is currently taking a well-deserved break to focus on family life and master the art of maternity leave.
Whether you need regular maintenance, water testing, or equipment repairs, Anthea has trained the team well enough to exceed your expectations while she's away.
She will return to reclaim her crown one day, but until then, she’s trading pool chemicals for baby formula—and trying to remember what a full night's sleep feels like.
Excutive Assistant
Natasha Hughes 'Tash'
Property guru turned organisational wizard, Tash is the logistical glue keeping Hunter Valley Pool Perfection from going pear shaped.
With a background in property and office management, she is an expert at wrangling schedules, supporting the team, and keeping the day-to-day operations running flawlessly.
When she isn't acting as the office general, she’s usually scouting the region's best food spots, planning her next getaway, or tracking down a coffee strong enough to power a small village.
Tash actually built her own pool from scratch. She knows the process from start to finish, which means if you start complaining about the construction noise or a bit of dirt, she will politely tell you to pull your socks up.
